Kira is passionate about supporting adolescents experiencing academic, anxiety-related, and emotional difficulties. She uses a strengths-based and solution-focused approach, emphasizing empathy and unconditional positive regard toward clients. Kira prioritizes each client’s unique needs, goals, and feelings to foster positive therapeutic outcomes and empower clients to achieve their full potential.

Using mindfulness-based interventions and standard of care practice, Kira promotes the development of effective coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and constructive self-talk.
